A leading care provider in the UK is seeking a compassionate Support Worker in Slough to assist individuals with mental health needs. Responsibilities include creating support plans, managing caseloads, and providing practical assistance. Candidates should have relevant social care qualifications and strong communication skills. To enable vulnerable people with mental health needs to maximise independent living skills and opportunities for social inclusion as wells as manage their tenancies.
Day support worker
Early shift 07:00 - 15:00
Late shift 13:30 - 21:30
