You’ll be supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives within their community.

Responsibilities
  • Encourage independence and help service users achieve personal goals
  • Provide support to ensure the safety & wellbeing of people relying on our services
  • Communicate well with service users using their chosen methods to support individuality
  • Monitor & report any changes in health or circumstances of a service user to management
  • Support service users to engage in the local community from going shopping to attending events

Qualifications
  • Willingness to work towards Level 2 Diploma or above in Health & Social Care
