Key Job Role Information
  • Role – Female Support Workers
  • Location – Salford
  • Salary – £12.75
  • Shifts – 10am‑10pm, plus waking nights
Key Role essentials and responsibilities –

  • Dhaka speaking is desirable
Meet the person you’ll be supporting:
  • Who am I? I am a 16 year old female and I live at home with my Grand‑ma
  • What challenges do I have? I’m diagnosed with Autism and this can lead to behaviours that may challenge. Due to her autism our client requires a consistent routine, clear boundaries, and support from highly experienced staff, who know her well and are trained in autism & challenging behaviour.
  • What are my aspirations? To continue to enrich my quality of life and access the community.
  • What activities do I do? I like to get out in the community, and take part in planned activities, like a walk in the parl.
  • How do I get out into my local community? I like to go out in the car so I will need a driver on every shift.
MY TEAM
  • How many people support me at one time? I am supported 2‑1 during days and 1‑1 during waking nights
  • What shift patterns do my team do? 10am to 10pm day shifts and waking nights. I am supported by 2 staff during the day and 1 staff member at night.
  • What are my team trained in? My staff will get a bespoke training course specifically to cover my needs.
