Lifeways hosts a Support Worker Recruitment Day at Heath Farm, Scopwick to meet candidates for roles supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. This event offers a pathway into a rewarding care career with strong training and ongoing support.

• No prior care experience required; comprehensive training provided.

Shift patterns

7:30am–2:30pm, 2:30pm-9:30pm and 7:30am-9:30pm (on a rota basis)
