A local council in the UK is looking for Support Workers to join their Reablement Team. The role involves helping individuals regain independence after illness or injury through tailored support. We are looking for compassionate, motivated and proactive individuals to join our Reablement Team. As a Reablement Support Worker you will play a key role in helping people regain independence and confidence after illness, injury or a hospital stay – supporting them to live as independently as possible in their own home.
You will work closely with individuals to create tailored reablement plans, focusing on what they can do, not what they can't. Every day is different, every small success makes a big difference.
We have several permanent posts available for Support Workers who are innovative, enthusiastic and have good communication skills to come and join our Reablement Team:
Our main priority is to find people with the right attitude and behaviours to join the team and we will provide you with training for all the required work tasks, as well as the opportunity to shadow existing colleagues as part of your induction.

The service operates over a 7 day period from 7.30am – 10pm based on a shift rota including some weekends on a 12 week rota.
