Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Supporting residents with daily tasks to maintain independence.
  • Providing personal care (washing, dressing, oral hygiene).
  • Assisting with meals and hydration.
  • Observing and recording physical and emotional wellbeing.
  • Promoting dignity, respect, and quality of life.
  • Supporting with mobility and safe transfers.
  • Engaging in activities and building meaningful relationships.
  • Maintaining up-to-date, accurate records.
  • Reporting any safeguarding concerns.

Pay & Hours
  • Rate of Pay: £12.22 per hour
  • Hours: 36 hours per week (Nights – 7pm-7am)
  • Shift Pattern: Rota-based, covering 7 days (including alternate weekends)
What We’re Looking For
  • We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced support worker who:
  • Has a strong background in delivering high levels of physical and emotional care.
  • Has essential experience working with individuals living with dementia.
  • Is confident in maintaining accurate documentation and care plans.
  • Is flexible, reliable, and a true team player.
Your Role Will Include
