Responsibilities of Domiciliary Support Workers

• Support adults with learning disabilities & mental health conditions in their own homes.
• Help with skills development.
• Medication management in line with local guidelines.
• Assist with shopping and activities.

• Treat vulnerable people with care and respect.

Main Duties

• Support and care for a set number of Service Users in their own homes.
• Record information daily in documents and service user files.
• Prepare and serve meals and drinks as required.
• Assist with personal care.
• Provide emotional support.
• Perform housekeeping to maintain a clean environment.
• Follow training programs in line with national requirements and pursue professional development.
