Maintain up-to-date records on placements, providers, and contracts using spreadsheets and databases.
Support the completion of provider contracts and monitor compliance with fostering and residential care standards.
Process provider payments accurately and efficiently.
Assist in the accreditation process for providers within the White Rose Consortium.
Conduct satisfaction surveys with providers to help improve future service planning.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with independent service providers.
Attend meetings, support placement panels, and follow up on placement-related actions.
Provide accurate data and reports to inform management and stakeholders.
