A private household in Littlehampton is looking for a friendly, pro-active female Personal Assistant to help with social activities, cooking, and personal hygiene. The ideal candidate should have some understanding of Autism, be patient and reliable, and willing to encourage the employer in overcoming social anxieties. The role could be either employed or self-employed with relevant holiday pay. Non-smokers only due to health reasons.

Overview

I am looking for a female, friendly, pro-active PA to support me with social activities, using public transport and planning and preparing healthy snacks/meals. Support with job searching/preparing for interviews will also be required as I am very keen to find work. Also support/prompting with personal hygiene/toileting will also be required. I have anxieties about going out so will need encouragement and motivation to manage and overcome this. Some experience of Autism would be useful. You must be patient, trustworthy and reliable. Non smoker is required for health reasons. You will report to myself and my mother as your employers. Duties include: Administration, Shopping, Cooking, Companionship, Support with job searching and preparing for interviews, Social activities, Using public transport, Bathroom assistance.
