As a Support Worker in Llanddona you’ll help make the everyday remarkable for the people we support.
We are dedicated to supporting those with learning disabilities to live a fulfilled and enriched life in the community, as a Support Worker, you can play a vital role in this.
Role: Support Worker Location: Llanddona, Anglesey Hours: Full time 37 hours per week, this will include weekends and sleep-ins Salary: £12.74 per hour and our sleep-in shifts at £60 per night and our travel expenses is paid 45p per mile Contract: Permanent Interviews: We are looking to interview as soon as possible so would encourage you to apply at the earliest opportunity Click here to learn more about growing your career at Cartrefi Cymru What you’ll be doing: In this brand new role / service, you’ll actively support 1 male (ratio will be 2:1) with challenging behaviour, in making his own choices and setting his own goals
As his trusted Support Worker, you'll empower him through on these choices, including taking part in structured activities that build confidence and develop new skills.
He particularly enjoys trampolining and fun fairs.
You’ll also offer practical support to help him to meet responsibilities like paying bills, maintaining his home, being good neighbours, and staying connected with friends and family.
Your goal is to make everyday remarkable through enhancing well-being and focusing on the small, meaningful moments that bring joy and purpose.

Who we are looking for: No experience required as full training is provided.
