I am looking for a friendly individual for 4 hours a week (could possibly become more in future). I have Autism, Chung Jansen Syndrome (where symptoms include obesity, body dismorphia and mental health issues), Asthma and Obstructive Sleep Apnea.

I absolutely love dogs, football and am a big Newcastle United fan.

The support I am looking for is someone that understands autism. Help with day to day living activities such as going to clubs, shopping, domestic cooking and maybe some walking (especially if there is a dog!) etc.

Support needed:

  • Support to manage diet and make healthy eating choices
  • Going for walks and light exercise for weight loss
  • Support to keep on top of household chores
  • Ensuring physical and mental safety
  • Support and encouragement to attend groups and make friends in the community
