Pay & Hours

Rate of Pay: £13.33 per hour

Hours: 22 & 33 hours per week (nights)

Shift Pattern: Rota-based, covering 7 days (Weekend Availability Required)

The Role

• As a Support Worker, you will support our services users to maintain their independence by assisting with everyday tasks and activities, in line with their individual needs.
• Has a strong background in delivering high levels of emotional care
• Has essential experience working with individuals living with a learning disability
• Is confident in maintaining accurate documentation and care plans
• Is flexible, reliable, and a true team player
• Supporting residents with daily tasks to maintain independence
• Providing personal care (washing, dressing, oral hygiene)
• Assisting with meals and hydration
• Observing and recording physical and emotional wellbeing
• Promoting dignity, respect, and quality of life
• Supporting with mobility and safe transfers
• Engaging in activities and building meaningful relationships
• Maintaining up-to-date, accurate records
• Reporting any safeguarding concerns
