A leading care provider in Sunderland is seeking a dedicated Health Care Assistant. In this role, you will support adults with complex care needs in a nurturing environment. Ideal candidates must have over 6 months of care experience, showcasing kindness and strong communication skills. This position offers competitive hourly rates starting at £12.21, with a commitment to support your career growth through training and development.

Contract type: Nights only 8pm to 8am shifts. 24, 36, 42 or 48 hours per week

Hylton Grange is part of Exemplar Health Care, a leading provider of nursing care for adults living with complex and high acuity needs.
Hylton Grange supports 30 adults living with complex mental health needs and neuro-disabilities including Huntington’s disease and Parkinson’s disease across three units.

No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
We have higher-than-average staffing levels when compared to other care providers. There are usually up to six colleagues on each unit that supports around ten people, giving you more time to spend with the people you support.
