A warm and friendly female customer living with her dog in Crowborough is looking for a compassionate and reliable support worker to provide around 4 hours of assistance each week. She lives with Fibromyalgia, Arthralgia, and other health conditions that can cause pain, fatigue, and occasional confusion—particularly during flare‑ups.

Despite these challenges, she values her independence and is eager to maintain it wherever possible. She would greatly appreciate gentle, flexible support to help her manage day‑to‑day life. This includes light domestic tasks, companionship and social activities, assistance with preparing nutritious meals, occasional medication reminders, and support with accessing the community for outings or appointments.

The customer can sometimes find it difficult to communicate clearly when unwell, and she occasionally sleeps through alarms. A patient, understanding approach will be key to helping her stay comfortable, connected, and independent in her daily life.
