Learning Support Worker Role

You will support adult learners with autism spectrum disorders and disabilities within an outstanding, state-of-the-art educational facility. The school uses an Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) approach, making it a perfect role for a Support Worker who likes to understand what drives the student's behaviours and to apply interventions that better the lives of those they are supporting. This role will require supporting individuals with severe autism and complex needs, helping to manage challenging behaviour and delivering personal care. There are excellent opportunities to progress your career and earnings within the organisation, through promotion to higher bandings and a Senior Support Worker role.
