Cygnet Hospital Woking is recruiting a Support Worker for Oaktree Ward, a female low secure service. You will support nursing staff with admissions, assessments and discharges, delivering compassionate care on a rota of days, nights and weekends. Training and induction are provided, with a 38.5-hour week and 12-hour shift patterns.

Responsabilidades

• Support the nursing team with admission, assessment, implementation and discharge of inpatients.
• Provide safe observations and support to patients individually or with staff.
• Help meet physical and emotional needs of service users with empathy.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, clean environment and participate in group activities.
• Complete training in de-escalation and PMVA techniques as required.
