A community care provider in Cardiff is seeking a Support Worker to assist individuals with learning disabilities and mental health issues. Responsibilities include personal care, advocacy, and supporting choices. Candidates must be at least 21, physically fit, and willing to learn. We’re currently looking for a Support Worker to join our team in one of our small residential homes in Cardiff. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact—helping individuals develop new skills, build confidence, and enjoy meaningful experiences.
Located in one of our eight small homes across Cardiff and Barry we offer full or part time hours which cover evenings, weekends, bank holidays, wake‑in and sleep‑in duties. We specialise in supporting children and adults with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorder, acquired brain injury and mental health issues. We provide person centred care and support aimed at improving the quality of life for individuals.
This position is subject to an enhanced DBS Disclosure which will be completed upon successful application.
