Home from Home Care is hiring a dedicated Support Worker for our Bardney home in Lincolnshire. You’ll help residents live independently, participate in activities, and provide compassionate daily care in a warm, welcoming team setting.

No formal qualifications are required, just a caring attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Shifts include early and late hours with weekend work on a rolling rota, in a supportive, values-driven environment.
