We are dedicated to supporting those with learning disabilities to live a fulfilled and enriched life in the community. As a Support Worker, you can play a vital role in this.
This is a brand‑new service for Cartrefi, offering you the chance to join us at a pivotal and exciting stage. You'll play a key role in helping shape and build this new care and support service from the ground up. As the service evolves, there will be plenty of opportunities for your own development and growth as we discover together what delivers the best outcomes.
You'll be supporting four individuals in their own home, each with different needs and personalities. This includes supporting one person who experiences OCD and another who requires some personal care. They enjoy eating out, going to farms and gardening at the allotments. They require minimal support but there may be some challenging behaviour involved.
Your goal is to make everyday remarkable through enhancing well‑being and focusing on the small, meaningful moments that bring joy and purpose. By offering this kind of person‑centred support every day, this truly is a fun and rewarding role for the right person.
