  • Support individuals with day-to-day tasks - from personal care to life skills
  • Encourage independence, confidence, and decision-making
  • Be a companion, mentor, and advocate
  • Help people access the community - shopping, social events, work placements
  • Handle challenging behaviour with compassion and calm
  • Be part of a team that feels like family
What You'll Need
  • Kindness, patience, and a sense of humour

  • Experience is great - but attitude matters more
  • A driving licence is a bonus, but not essential
