We are care ltd. in Erith seeks a Support Worker for a learning disabilities, supported living setting. You will support adults to live well at home, in a small, consistent team, with both day and night shifts including sleep-ins.

Shifts include early days (7am–9:30pm) and nights (9pm–7am). Sleep-ins pay £50 per night; waking days/nights are paid at the hourly rate. Part-time and full-time hours available, flexibility to pick shifts. You’ll be paid with holiday pay and a pension where eligible.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities
• At least 6 months of paid UK care experience, with a reference
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS, or willingness to apply

The role:

• Long days 7am to 9.30pm, and nights 9pm to 7am, a mix of sleep‑ins and waking nights
• Sleep‑ins paid at £50 a night, waking nights and days at the hourly rate
• Supporting adults with learning disabilities to live well in their own home
• Part‑time and full‑time hours, pick the shifts that suit you
• Regular shifts with the same small team, so you get to know the people you support
