Job summary

Thera Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our inclusive team supporting adults with learning disabilities. You will help individuals achieve personal goals, provide personal and emotional support, and adapt to each person’s needs. Training is provided and a rewarding, varied role awaits.

Roles can be in clients’ homes or within the community; you’ll contribute to a person-centred approach and help people live the lives they choose.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Compassionate, caring, confident and resilient.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with a learning disability in daily living.
• Help develop new skills and personal goals.
• Provide personal and emotional support and assist with home planning.
• Assist with leisure, employment, and travel activities.
