Milestones Trust in Knowle (The Park Centre) is seeking a proactive support worker to join our day opportunities service for adults with learning difficulties. You will support people 1:1 or 1:3 to maximise independence, social skills and community involvement, using activities that promote daily living.

The role involves collecting and returning people in your own car (mileage paid), some personal care, and shifts from 08:30 to 16:00, Monday to Saturday.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to own vehicle
• Be flexible, reliable, and able to lone work as well as part of a team
• Demonstrate good time-keeping and a person-centred approach

Responsibilities

• Collect and drop off people we support in own car (mileage paid)
• Support independence and social skills through activities
• Provide some personal care and community access support
• Shift times 08:30–16:00, Monday to Saturday
