The Cedar Foundation is seeking a Female Support Worker to join the team at Mourneview Court, Belfast. This role requires female applicants and offers a shift pattern of 16 hours per week with morning hours Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, supporting personal care, and promoting inclusion of service users. The role requires flexible availability, including unsociable hours and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months caring experience (paid or personal)
• Effective verbal and written communication including numeracy
• Interest in working with people in a care setting
• Awareness of the needs of people with learning and physical disabilities

Responsibilities

• Assist service users with activities of daily living and promote inclusion.
• Support identified personal care and daily living tasks.
