A leading support organization in Keady is seeking dedicated Support Workers. In this role, you will assist individuals with learning disabilities in their daily routines, promoting independence and social inclusion. Ideal candidates are compassionate, patient, and willing to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends. The position offers a salary of £24,570 per annum and a supportive work environment with excellent benefits.

Support people with learning disabilities in their daily lives and routines
Assist with personal care and medication, including bathing and dressing
Help with finances and everyday tasks like shopping and bill payments
Encourage independence and social inclusion by supporting community activities and groups
Use Positive Behaviour Support strategies to enhance quality of life
Build trusting, meaningful relationships based on empathy and respect
A genuine passion for supporting others
Flexibility to work a range of shifts including evenings, weekends, and overnight
A positive, patient, and empathetic attitude
Willingness to register with NISCC and undergo an enhanced Access NI check
Shifts:
There is also a sleep-in available where you willreceive an enhanced flat rate payment of£62.45.
