Job description

Are you looking for a Support Worker role in or around North Wales within a growing company that will support your future development? Come and meet us at the Daniel Owen community centre, CH7 1AP on Thursday 13th November 2025 between 10am and 3pm! Please note we are not able to offer sponsorship for this role and therefore will not be able to progress any candidates who require a certificate of sponsorship to work in the UK.

Due to the continued growth of the business we are expanding our teams of Support Workers. We have complex care support packages around North Wales and we are looking for experienced Support Workers with a positive and proactive attitude to join us in:

  • Mold
  • Caerwys
  • Flint
  • Ruthin
  • Kinmel Bay
  • Mancot

Day shifts & night shifts available.

To start you off on what we hope will be a long career with us we offer a sector leading 2 week training and induction course including face to face training with clinicians and online training to ensure you are fully prepared before you join one of our packages.

You will then have regular supervisions and opportunities for further training and development to allow you to progress and grow with us as our business grows!

Our care in the home services support adults with a wide range of conditions, including: brain injury, spinal cord injury, neurological conditions and neurodegenerative diseases, respiratory conditions and gastro-intestinal conditions, including percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) feeding.
