We’re looking for a Support Worker / Job Coach to join our friendly team, mainly based at our vibrant Café project in Bagworth.

The café is a welcoming community hub where adults with moderate to severe learning disabilities learn skills in food preparation, customer service, and teamwork.

You’ll support individuals as they greet customers, prepare meals and drinks, serve at the counter, and work together to keep the café running smoothly — helping them grow in confidence and independence along the way.

You’ll also occasionally support at:

  • Creative Savvy: Gardening and crafting handmade wooden items from recycled pallets
  • Horse Savvy: Caring for horses, guinea pigs, and chickens in an outdoor setting
What You’ll Do

  • Work both indoors and outdoors throughout the year

  • Comfortable in café/hospitality environments, with flexibility for outdoor work
  • Interest or experience in catering, customer service, gardening, woodworking, or animal care
  • Own transport with business insurance (essential)
  • No previous experience in social care needed — just a desire to make a real difference!
  • Full training and ongoing support provided.
