START DATE AND TRAINING TO COMMENCE ON MONDAY 12TH JANUARY 2026 IN CORNWALL

(to be considered for this role you MUST be able to attend both the assessment day all day AND start on 12 / 01 / 2026 doing your training in Cornwall)

Were looking for a Support Worker to be part of one persons journey to live life their way in Exeter.

They love music, social media, shopping trips, womens football and exploring new places.By help them do more of what they enjoy, we need someone local who knows Exeter, can drive their car, and holds a full UK licence.

Youll provide 1 : 1 (sometimes 2 : 1) support, both at home and in the community from meaningful activities to keeping their home comfortable. You'll need to be a calm and nurturing person who has really strong communication skills.You also need to be able to be friendly and supportive but keep those strong professional boundaries in place to able to successfully support this young lady.
