A community support organization is seeking a compassionate Support Worker in Exeter to provide one-to-one support for a young lady. They love music, social media, shopping trips, womens football and exploring new places.By help them do more of what they enjoy, we need someone local who knows Exeter, can drive their car, and holds a full UK licence.
Youll provide 1 : 1 (sometimes 2 : 1) support, both at home and in the community from meaningful activities to keeping their home comfortable. You'll need to be a calm and nurturing person who has really strong communication skills.You also need to be able to be friendly and supportive but keep those strong professional boundaries in place to able to successfully support this young lady.
