RATE : up to £12.650 ph (PAYE)

TYPE : LOCUM

HOURS : Mon-Fri, between 7 : 30am and 5 : 00pm

Job Overview

We are currently recruiting Support Workers for our client in Sunderland, supporting their resource centre service. This is a rewarding role within a team that provides high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex health or behavioural needs.

As a Support Worker, you will work as part of a dedicated team to provide and promote person-centred support, enabling individuals to make choices, build independence, and have full control over their daily lives.

You must demonstrate the organisation’s core values—dignity, respect, compassion, professionalism, and responsibility—and contribute to a safe, supportive, and positive environment.

Support Worker Requirements
  • Proven experience in working with childrens / Adult services
  • Current Enhanced DBS Disclosure
  • Eligibility to work in the UK without work permit or visa restrictions
  • Commitment to the safe care and well-being of vulnerable people
