A leading support services organization is seeking a Support Worker to provide personalized assistance to individuals with learning disabilities. In this full-time role, you will promote choice and participation, building strong relationships and encouraging those you support to achieve their personal goals and develop new skills. The position offers a competitive salary of £24,636 per annum along with various benefits, including 25 days’ annual leave and a pension scheme.

As a Support Worker, you will work directly with people in their homes and in the community. You will be expected to support people with a variety of needs, enabling them to live the lives they want.
