We look for a caring and respectful individual who will support young adults with complex needs to reach their potential. The role may be challenging but rewarding.

Responsibilities
  • Build positive relationships by listening, discussing, and planning goals and ambitions together.
  • Help plan daily tasks and assist with practical activities such as cooking, cleaning, and running errands.
  • Assist with personal care, including support with eating and administering medication.
  • Plan and participate in enjoyable days out as requested.
  • Support individuals to become more independent wherever possible.
  • Work within an inclusive culture that values diversity and promotes wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide 24‑hour support across seven sites.
