Salutem Care and Education's Wallace Mews in South Shields is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred care to adults with physical and learning disabilities. You will help with daily living, promote independence, and support health and wellbeing in a warm, collaborative setting.

About The Company

The Wallace Mews/Wallace Lodge family are recruiting!

Wallace Mews and Wallace Lodge make up an 18-bed care service in South Shields, we support adults with physical and learning disabilities to live the life they love! The Mews supports 15 individuals and the Lodge is for three individuals.

The individuals we support at Wallace Mews love getting stuck in a baking/cooking up a real storm! Weve all been known to make our very own McDonalds, packing included! Weve taken part in chocolate workshops and have baked many a cookie for children in need! We love celebrating each others birthday and always make time for cake! We often take part in arts and crafts sessions and have so much fun doing so. We love trips out and you can almost guarantee to find us at a carnival or festival of some kind!
