Eden Futures is seeking Support Workers to provide exceptional support services for individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. The role involves assisting service users in their homes and community, promoting independence and well-being. We are Eden Futures, and we deliver exceptional support services for people aged 18 and over who have learning disabilities, autism, mental ill health, and associated complex needs.
We are recruiting Support Workers to join our team across our Supported Living Services, supporting individuals in their own homes as well as out in the community, helping them to live as independently as possible.
*Roles are paid at an hourly rate of £12.21, which equates to an annual salary of approximately £26,652.72 based on a 42-hour working week. The annual salary is for illustration purposes only. NLW applies and will be pro-rata'd based on hours worked. This is a full-time contracted position.

Successful candidates will be required to have an Enhanced DBS check prior to starting employment.
When you join Eden Futures, you will be paid for completing a comprehensive induction programme, including face-to-face training, e-learning, and shadowing experienced team members.
For those new to care, we will support you in completing your Care Certificate and obtaining a nationally recognized Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care or relevant to your role, in partnership with Lifetime Training.
