Job description

Overview

Real PCS is a Warwickshire based organisation providing care and support within supported living settings to individuals with a variety of needs. We support a range of client groups including learning disability, autism and mental health. We currently have positions available in the Nuneaton area. Our services allow individuals to live their lives as independently and as person-centred as possible, each service is set up with the clients needs at the heart of what we do. Due to ongoing expansion of our services, we are looking to add to our ever growing team. You will support our clients to maximise choice and control over their lives, helping them to reach their goals and live as independently as possible, enabling them to feel empowered and develop their daily living skills.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Experience is not essential as full training will be supplied; a genuine interest in care and a desire to improve quality of life is a must.
• Full time, part time and bank vacancies are available.
• Must be comfortable with providing personal care if needed and administering medication.
