Job summary

We are care ltd. is seeking motivated support workers to assist adults with learning disabilities across Melksham, Devizes and Chippenham. You can choose days, nights or weekend shifts that fit your life, with regular teams and stable placement to help you build relationships with the people you support.

Experience in UK care is valued, and DBS clearance is either already obtained or someone who is willing to apply can be considered. Fair pay and holiday pay are included in your hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs is a real plus.
• At least 6 months of paid UK care experience, with a reference.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS, or willing to apply.

Responsibilities

• Supporting adults to live well in residential and supported living services.
• Days, nights and weekends; pick the shifts that suit you.
• Regular shifts with the same teams, so you get to know the people you support.
