Community Integrated Care is expanding its team in Peterhead and recruiting a 37.5-hour Support Worker to help adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health concerns live independently in their own homes.

The role involves supporting with daily tasks, helping with activities, and organizing events. A UK driving license is beneficial; there is a female colleague requirement for this position.

Qualifications

• Caring and compassionate disposition.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health concerns.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and sleepovers.

Responsibilities

• Support adults to live independently in their own homes around Peterhead Town Centre.
• Assist with daily tasks such as medication administration, cooking and cleaning.
• Help organise and host group events and activities.
• Provide person-centred support focused on achieving the best lives possible for each individual.
