Job summary

Qualifications

• Caring, reliable individual with a person-centred approach.
• Experience in personal care, learning disabilities, autism, mental health, or complex needs is welcome.
• Able to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs or complex care.
• Encourage independence, life skills and engagement in meaningful activities.
• Provide emotional support and enable community participation.
• Use positive behaviour support and de-escalation techniques where required.
• Follow care plans, risk assessments and safeguarding procedures.
• Complete accurate notes and communicate effectively with the team.
