Job summary

Mencap is seeking compassionate Support Workers to join our Richmond service. You will support adults with learning disabilities in daily activities and social outings, helping them live independent, active lives.

We value genuine care, strong communication, and flexibility to cover days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. DBS checks and references apply, with sleep-ins and part-time options available.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities and provide emotional support to individuals.
• Support adults living with a learning disability in our services across Richmond.
• Engage in activities like day centres, leisure, cinema, gardening, and socialising.
• Contribute to creating a lively, inclusive and friendly staff team.
