Job summary

Dimensions is seeking a Female Support Worker to join two supported living homes in Hellesdon, Norwich. This permanent role is 37.5 hours per week, paying £13.45 per hour, with duties split across the two locations and a requirement to drive manual and automatic vehicles.

The role involves supporting three women in their own homes and providing additional rota coverage, including waking nights. Flexibility across shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have caring, positive and can-do attitude.
• Passionate about helping people to live great lives.
• Able to work across days, evenings, weekends and nights.
• Comfortable with personal care, moving and handling and complex health needs.
• Holds a full UK manual driving licence (essential).

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support across two homes, including 28 hours at one home.
• Support three women in their own home and assist with daily living tasks including personal care, moving and PEG feeding.
• Cover rota hours at the second home, mainly waking nights.
• Drive manual/automatic vehicles as required to support individuals and community activities.
