Job summary

Mears Group is hiring Support Workers in the Stirling, Falkirk and Clackmannanshire area, including Alva. The role offers zero-hour contracts with part-time and full-time hours and a salary of £13.72 per hour.

You will help service users with daily tasks, personal care, and activities to improve quality of life within their own homes. No prior qualifications are required; we provide training and support to help you grow.

Qualifications

• Valid driving licence is required.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries.
• Show patience and empathy to service users.
• Demonstrate confidence and respectful communication.
• Show dignity and respect in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Support with household tasks and tenancy maintenance.
• Assist with personal care and medication administration.
• Support service users with nutrition and activities.
• Flexible shift patterns: 1 hour to 24 hours depending on package.
