Overview

Looking for a meaningful and flexible role? Join us as a Support Worker at our Cranbrook Court. We're currently recruiting bank staff to support our clients in their own homes.

Cranbrook Court offers 24-hour on-site care for adults with a range of needs, particularly those with sensory impairments, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities. Experience supporting individuals with autism, learning difficulties, or behavioural challenges is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Help people live more independently.
  • Provide personal care and assist with daily tasks such as cooking.
  • Join clients on social outings and help maintain a safe and comfortable home.
  • Provide companionship, reassurance, and a sense of joy to those you care for.
