Female Support Worker (Enablement Associate) - Newbury

Location: Newbury

Shift Hours: 7:00 am – 9:00 pm & 7:00 am – 10:00 pm, including sleep shifts

Employment Type: Permanent

Requirements: Full UK driving licence

About the Role

I am a 27-year-old woman with Autism, Developmental Delay, and OCT Deficiency. I live independently in a bespoke bungalow in the Newbury area. I am seeking enthusiastic team members to support me in my daily activities.

I enjoy cultural activities such as theatre, movies, museums, and reading. I need support to develop my daily living skills, manage anxiety, and uphold my values while respecting my individuality. My ideal team is caring, proactive, and focused on promoting my independence.

About PBS4

PBS4 is a values-led social care provider supporting individuals with Neurodisabilities, including Autism and Learning Disabilities, using Positive Behaviour Support. Supporting 37 people across several regions with a team of around 300 staff, we call Support Workers 'Enablement Assistants'.

You will be supported by a dedicated team, including managers and clinical staff. Shifts may include day, night, and sleep shifts.
