National Care Group is recruiting a Support Worker to join Affinity Supporting People South Limited in Neston, Cheshire. You will support young adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, building trusting relationships, helping with daily tasks, personal care, meals, and planning meaningful activities.

Responsibilities

• Help individuals become more independent where possible.
