Endurance Care Limited in Norwich is recruiting a Support Worker to join our team at Cromer Road. You will support young adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs, helping with daily tasks, personal care, meals, and activities to promote independence.

We offer a £12.71/hour wage (£26,437 p.a. approx with 40 hours) plus a £750 joining bonus and paid training. You will work in a newly opened service with a supportive team and opportunities for recognised qualifications.

Responsabilidades

• Plan daily tasks and assist with practical activities such as cooking, cleaning and running errands.
• Assist with personal care, which may include support with eating and administering medication.
• Plan and participate in days out and other activities to support independence.
• Build positive relationships and communicate effectively with residents and colleagues.
