Job summary

Voyage Care in Bradwell is seeking dedicated Specialist Support Worker to help people gain independence in daily living within a supportive team. The role involves teaching life skills, assisting with personal care, and enabling community access and activities in a flexible shifts rota.

Typical shifts include 7am-3pm and 3pm-10pm on a rota basis; sleeps/nights may be required. The service supports individuals with complex needs and you’ll be supported by ongoing training and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license required due to service requirements
• 21-35 hours available

Responsibilities

• Assist people to gain more independence in daily living within a complex supported living service
• Teach new life skills, support personal care, and help access local communities and activities
• Support individuals with behavioral challenges and mental health conditions as part of Positive Behaviour Support plans
