Job summary

Keys Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Isfryn, Isfryn, Ystradgynlais region in Swansea valleys. The role involves day-to-day support, encouraging independence, personal care, and helping with activities within the service and community.

The successful candidate will have a Full UK Manual Driving Licence and be comfortable supporting health needs and administering medications, with 35 hours per week and a pay of £13.45–£14.15 per hour.

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day support and routine of the people we support.
• Prompting independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life.
• Supporting and encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
• Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying to routine appointments or administering medication.
• Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills and shopping.
• Assisting with personal care as required.
• Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning and cooking.
• Providing guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.
