As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in helping people develop life skills, engage in their communities, and pursue education and employment opportunities.

Our Cardiff team provides personalized support tailored to each individual

  • whether that’s 24-hour care, overnight assistance, or bespoke packages.

You’ll work in a variety of settings, including shared houses, individual flats, and family homes, supporting people to manage their own tenancies and daily lives.

As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including: Day-to-day support and routine of the people we support.

Prompting independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life.

Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.

Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying the people we support to routine appointments or administrating medication.

Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping.

Assisting with personal care as required.

Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking.

Providing guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.

Experience within the care sector is not essential as we offer full training, however what you do need is the enthusiasm and commitment to live our company values every day to ensure we move mountains to support people to live happy and healthy lives.
