Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is recruiting warm, flexible and motivated peripatetic Support Workers to provide person-centred care across Tyneside and Durham.

You will travel across North Tyneside, South Tyneside, Sunderland, Gateshead, Durham, Consett and Hartlepool to support individuals with medication application, MAR sheet completion, personal care and community access, and you will build warm, trusting relationships with service users in their own tenancies.
