Alternative Futures Group in Skelmersdale is looking for a Support Worker to join our on-site team on a 27-hour-per-week contract. You will be joining a values-driven service focused on compassionate support and enabling independence for the people we support.

We don’t ask for any other relevant training or previous career in care as full training will be provided – you just need a willingness to learn and develop.

• We look for strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the care setting.

Responsibilities

• We work flexible shifts which may include Days, Waking Nights, Sleep ins and Weekends.
