Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required; responsible, patient and calm in challenging situations.
• Experience in care settings and supporting independence is preferred.
• Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support and reflective practice is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Help residents gain more independence in daily living and routines.
• Assist with personal care and daily living tasks.
• Encourage residents to access local communities and social activities.
• Plan and participate in activities and outings, including local bars, cinema or events.
